Brown Rice

This rice is sim­ply un­milled. Be­cause it still con­tains bran and germ, it is much more nu­tri­tious than white rice. How­ever, the shelf-life for brown rice is only half a year. When com­pared to white rice, brown rice gen­er­ally has a nut­tier, earth­ier flavour and is more firm in tex­ture.
