Serv­ing up fine sour­dough-crust pizza is Plank Sour­dough Pizza new out­let in Bukit Timah, with pizza crafted by the award-win­ning patissier Dean Brettschneier. Known for is wellloved sour­dough crust that is painstak­ingly fer­mented in nat­u­ral wild yeast for up to 48 hours, the piz­zas of­fer a cush­iony-soft tex­ture with a light tangy flavour, topped with a per­fect crisp. Must-tries are the Cheese Plank Pizza, topped with caramelised gar­lic crème fraiche, blue cheese, fig jam and caramelised wal­nuts, while savoury favourites in­clude Num­ber 4, pulled BBQ chicken pizza with camem­bert cheese and cran­berry com­pote, or the seafood Num­ber 3 with prawns, smoked salmon, wild mush­rooms and ca­pers.
