Pop­u­lar home­grown veg­e­tar­ian restau­rant el­e­men re­freshes its menu with new de­lec­ta­ble dishes

For those seek­ing lighter op­tions, both the spinach salad and kale salad are not only de­li­cious, but also of­fer a slew of health ben­e­fits. We were told by one of the wait­staff that the for­mer, which com­prises wolf­ber­ries and lily bulbs served atop a bed of green spinach, is packed with vi­ta­mins K and A, while the lat­ter, which fea­tures a good mix of red radish, rock melon, to­mato and kale, of­fers plenty of choles­terol-low­er­ing ben­e­fits.

End off a hearty meal with desserts – we tried the new Coconut-in­fused Jelly with Wa­ter­melon Sor­bet, and Rasp­berry Vanilla Dome, and both were equally re­fresh­ing and de­light­ful.

Wash it all down with a new se­lec­tion of healthy bev­er­ages in­clud­ing Peach Oo­long Tea, Laven­der Tea, Iced Coconut Roselle, and Lemon­grass Latte. Oo­long tea is said to help in weight re­duc­tion, while laven­der helps pro­mote re­lax­ation and stress re­lief.

For those who have never vis­ited el­e­men, the veg­e­tar­ian dishes served here are not merely nu­tri­tious and nour­ish­ing, but they are also well pre­sented and full of dif­fer­ent flavours and tex­tures. This is made pos­si­ble as the es­tab­lish­ment uses a wide va­ri­ety of pre­mium raw in­gre­di­ents such as black Chi­nese wolf­ber­ries, Amer­i­can wild rice, truf­fle, and peach gum in its dishes, and pre­pares them in the sim­plest way with light and healthy sea­son­ing like olive oil, coconut oil, sea salt and al­ka­line wa­ter to re­tain the in­gre­di­ents’ nu­tri­ents and orig­i­nal flavours.
