SLING

A vari­a­tion of the iconic Sin­ga­pore Sling, this cock­tail is served in a hawker's plas­tic bag (nor­mally used to tabao drinks at ko­pi­ti­ams) and fin­ished off with a dried pineap­ple wheel when you or­der it at Rumpoles Bar.

30ml Hen­drick’s gin 15ml cherry heer­ing 10ml Coin­treau 5ml DOM Bene­dic­tine 5ml grena­dine 135ml pineap­ple juice juice from 1 wedge lime a dash of an­gos­tura bit­ters

1 Com­bine all the in­gre­di­ents in a shaker. 2 Top off with ice to the brim, and shake rig­or­ously for 10 secs. 3 Pour out into de­sired con­tainer and serve with fresh or

de­hy­drated pineap­ple.

ASAM2

30ml G’vine gin 45ml sour­sop juice 15ml Ichiko Ume 1 egg white 4 pre­served sour plums

1 Com­bine all the in­gre­di­ents into a mix­ing jar. 2 Top off with ice to the half­way mark, and stir for 10 secs. 3 Pour out into de­sired con­tainer and serve.
