A variation of the iconic Singapore Sling, this cocktail is served in a hawker's plastic bag (normally used to tabao drinks at kopitiams) and finished off with a dried pineapple wheel when you order it at Rumpoles Bar.
30ml Hendrick’s gin 15ml cherry heering 10ml Cointreau 5ml DOM Benedictine 5ml grenadine 135ml pineapple juice juice from 1 wedge lime a dash of angostura bitters
1 Combine all the ingredients in a shaker. 2 Top off with ice to the brim, and shake rigorously for 10 secs. 3 Pour out into desired container and serve with fresh or
