Kitchen tweezers are some­thing I will never leave out of my Chef’s bag. They come in dif­fer­ent sizes and styles, and ev­ery one of them is use­ful for dif­fer­ent pur­pose. For ex­am­ple, the long tweezer is usu­ally used to cre­ate beau­ti­ful pasta nest, while a small one is great for fin­ish­ing off the plate with del­i­cate gar­nishes.
