A good set of knives is an es­sen­tial for all chefs. There is no such thing as a "best chef's knife”, what mat­ters is find­ing the best fit. I like to use knives with a solid wooden han­dle and a slim metal bol­ster on top, as such knives of­fer a firm grip. Dif­fer­ent knives are used for dif­fer­ent pur­poses to pre­serve the qual­ity of the cut of the in­gre­di­ent. With­out a good and sharp set of knives, it would be dif­fi­cult to at­tain per­fec­tion in cook­ing, which is what we en­deav­our to serve our guests ev­ery sin­gle time.
