A good set of knives is an essential for all chefs. There is no such thing as a "best chef's knife”, what matters is finding the best fit. I like to use knives with a solid wooden handle and a slim metal bolster on top, as such knives offer a firm grip. Different knives are used for different purposes to preserve the quality of the cut of the ingredient. Without a good and sharp set of knives, it would be difficult to attain perfection in cooking, which is what we endeavour to serve our guests every single time.
