Ja­panese food lovers can now en­joy more se­lec­tions for din­ner at Kaisen Ichi. While dishes fo­cus on Don­buri, Chazuke and Inaniwa Udon for lunch, the din­ner menu now in­cludes a wide range of yak­i­tori and grilled dishes, trans­form­ing the out­let into a re­lax­ing bar with ex­quis­ite Ja­panese dishes to un­wind at the end of the day. Pop­u­lar favourites in­clude the Kaisen Bara Chi­rashi Don, which is a mix of pre­mium sushi and sea­soned Ja­panese sushi rice, as well as the Chazuke dishes that lend a new spin to the cen­tury-old Ja­panese dish, with its green tea soup served with un­agi, salmon, chicken, prawn or ume.
