From 2 Jan­uary to 5 Fe­bru­ary, head to Es­cape Restau­rant & Lounge for a Lu­nar New Year feast (S$55/S$68 for lunch, S$68/S$88 for din­ner) start­ing with their sig­na­ture Lucky Mon­key Yu Sheng that con­sists of crunchy banana chips and Scot­tish salmon sashimi driz­zled with drag­on­fruit sauce. Other menu items you won’t want to miss are the sea cu­cum­ber with mush­rooms and braised Aus­tralian Wagyu beef ten­don with daikon. One Far­rer Con­fec­tioney also steps up with a smat­ter­ing of home­made good­ies such as Golden Pineap­ple Tarts, Dried Ly­chee Corn­flake Cookies, Durian Supreme Crème with Tahi­tian White Chocolate Mousse and Nian Gao.
