With over a decade on the scene, The Roy­als con­tin­ues to serve lo­cal palates with pop­u­lar cakes like the Hazel­nut Crunch, Salted Caramel, Red Vel­vet and Rain­bow, with new ad­di­tions join­ing the line-up, such as the On­deh On­deh Cake. Apart from cakes and other baked goods, The Roy­als Cafe of­fers a de­li­cious se­lec­tion of in­ter­na­tional dishes, such as pan-fried salmon and shep­herd's pie, as well as lo­cal favourites such as the Ny­onya mee siam with tiger prawns. In or­der to serve a grow­ing num­ber of health-con­scious din­ers, the com­pany is also look­ing to of­fer health­ier ver­sions of breads, and adding grains and sides such as quinoa and wild rice, to dishes at its cafés and bistros.
