Having explored over a hundred cupcake flavours so far, head baker Nursyazanna Syaira of Fluff Bakery is no stranger to trying new things. Following her dream and leaving her job to create amazing desserts led her to the opening of her first bakery at Jalan Pisang. To date, the most popular flavour is the Ondeh Ondeh cupcake, which is the bakery’s playful take on local delicacy with flavours of pandan, gula melaka and coconut cream. Unusual treats include the maple pancake caramelised beef bacon, which is essentially a vanilla cupcake filled with maple pudding and topped with maple and sticky maple caramelised beef bacon bits. Look out for familiar flavours such as Nutella Red Velvet and Salted Caramel that got the brand started and still hold a special place on the menu.
