Nat­u­rally creamy and sweet, gluten-free oat flour, which is milled from gluten-free rolled oats, adds great taste, tex­ture and struc­ture to an ar­ray of baked goods in­clud­ing cook­ies, breads, cakes, and more. Oats are high in pro­tein, iron, thi­amine, and fiber. It is also low in fat, and is great for low­er­ing choles­terol. It is very easy to make your own oat flour – sim­ply grind raw rolled oats in a clean cof­fee grinder or food pro­ces­sor. Store in a tightly sealed con­tainer in the re­frig­er­a­tor or freezer to ex­tend the shelf life.
