Decorating everything from the stage backdrop to the centrepieces were lavish arrangements of exotic blooms,

all reflected beautifully in the mirrored ceiling.

Sparked by the bride’s love of periwinkles and garden settings, The Wedding Stylist leveraged on the classy interior of the John Jacob Ballroom at The St Regis Singapore to create a lush paradise of greenery and overhanging wisteria.

The theme was meticulously worked into every detail – from the f lower arrangements lining the aisle to the mini terrariums adorning the banquet tables – and guests were immediately immersed in its beauty from the moment they stepped into the reception space.

A dessert cart of the couple’s favourite pastries greeted guests in the cocktail area, where specially created his and hers cocktails were served.

For a wedding this elaborate, Caroline TanReed from The Wedding Stylist reminds couples to leave enough time for the set-up. While you can explore different ideas, the professional planner notes that you should ensure consistency throughout the wedding spaces, and suggests adding personal touches and main showpieces to create talking points for your guests.
