Choco­late Cake

In­gre­di­ents

• 250 g dark choco­late • 150 g but­ter + 20 g but­ter for greas­ing the bowl • 6 eggs • 150 g sugar • 80 g flour

Method

1. Break the choco­late into pieces and melt them in a dou­ble boiler with the but­ter and mix with a spat­ula.

2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar un­til the mix­ture be­comes pale, then add the choco­late mix­ture and flour / but­ter.

3. Grease the rice cooker. Pour in the whole mix­ture and cook on DESSERT/BAKE mode for 1 hour. DESSERT/BAKE mode is ap­plied for Spher­i­cal Bowl Se­ries «Op­ti­mal» and «Pro» mod­els.
