STREET ART AROUND THE WORLD
Spotted this interesting art piece by renowned French street artist Invader in Lower Manhattan, New York. Having created a name for himself thanks to his iconic ceramic tile artworks that are often inspired by video-game characters, he has since even designed one, which made it to the International Space Station.
Georgetown, Penang, is an enclave full of wall murals by local and international artists who have created unique, locally inspired artworks. Many works were even designed so that the public can interact with them, and they have gained popularity with tourists worldwide.
As an avid tea lover, I hardly miss a day without a cuppa. This colourful display of tea canisters, seen at Tea Drop’s store in South Melbourne Market, Australia, is the perfect wall feature design for me!
