Google As­sis­tant

Lens, em­bed­ded within As­sis­tant, can an­a­lyze what you point the smart­phone cam­era at and re­turn rel­e­vant re­sults. As­sis­tant will also be com­ing to iOS as a stand­alone app.

Google Photos

Photos will rec­om­mend you share photos with peo­ple in the shot, and Shared Li­braries let peo­ple add im­ages to a col­lec­tion. Photos now of­fers printed photo books.

An­droid O

The rst beta dropped at I/O, one of the head­line fea­tures is Pro­ject Tre­ble, which will hope­fully speed up up­dates for An­droid phones.

Google Home

Home will be able to make calls soon, and own­ers can now also use it as a Blue­tooth speaker. Home will be able to re­turn vis­ual re­sponse son Chrome cast­con­nected TVs or Google a pp son smart­phones.

Google VR

Google an­nounced that stand­alone VR head­sets, which don’t re­quire smart­phones or PCs, will be “com­ing soon.”

An­droid Go

An­droid Go is a stream­lined ver­sion of the OS that is built for en­trylevel de­vices best suited to the de­vel­op­ing world.

Ten­sor Pro­cess­ing Unit

Google an­nounced the next gen­er­a­tion TPU, the pow­er­ful pro­ces­sor that un­der­pins Google’s AI ef­forts.
