World Time Chronograph Ref. 5930,

L'officiel Singapore - - Style -

Story: Watches equipped with both world time (a complication which displays 24 international time zones) and chronographic functions are uncommon. Even Patek Philippe has developed only one such model (the unique piece dates back over 70 years). Now, for the first time, the prestigious Swiss watchmaker has introduced a new world time chronograph to its regular collection. Dial: True to the look of traditional world time chronographs, a blue, hand-guillochéd pattern marks the centre of the dial, circled by oscillating 24-hour and city rings that represent and display the 24 different time zones. Case: The 18k white gold case sports the same winglet-style strap lugs which were a key design code of world time watches in the ’40s and ’50s. Movement: CH 28-529 HU selfwinding mechanical calibre. Strap: Navy-blue, hand-stitched alligator with large square scales.
