It’s also the type of thinking that goes on at Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa, where personal trainer Keith Tan (shown here with the resort’s general manager, Cyndi Ng) runs the Aileron Wellness gym, coaching couples into shape as part of the hotel’s health and fitness packages for two. “Exercising together lets lovers – young and old – burn calories, get fitter together and strengthen their bond,” he says.
