Mid­dle-aged men who eat lots of fruit and drink red wine are less likely to suf­fer from erec­tile dys­func­tion.

A study of 25,000 men linked high con­sump­tion of straw­ber­ries, blue­ber­ries, red wine, ap­ples, pears, citrus fruits and citrus juices with a 19 per­cent lower risk of ED. Credit the flavonoids in the fruits, which help open up blood ves­sels. Add in ex­er­cise and your risk is even lower.
