How does the Black Ranger stay fit while trav­el­ling?

CHAIR DIPS (10 reps)

STEP 1: Grab two sta­ble ho­tel room chairs of the same height. STEP 2: Raise your legs and bal­ance your­self in be­tween the chairs. STEP 3: Lower your­self, en­sur­ing your knees do not touch the floor. STEP 4: Raise your­self back up.

DUST­BIN LIFTS (10 reps)

STEP 1: Af­ter you check in, grab the freshly cleaned dust­bin and put in all the free wa­ter bot­tles pro­vided in the room (you need at least three). Then lift the dust­bin, tens­ing your chest and keep­ing your back straight. STEP 2: While keep­ing the same pos­ture, raise the dust­bin to eye level, then lower to pre­vi­ous po­si­tion.

LUG­GAGE LIFTS (10 reps)

STEP 1: Your lug­gage should come up to around 8kg to 10kg. Hold onto its side han­dles, us­ing your fore­arms and arms. STEP 2: Lower the lug­gage, then lift it up to chest level again.

CHAIR PLANK (1 minute)

Ar­range two sta­ble ho­tel room chairs of the same height and get your­self in a com­fort­able plank po­si­tion on them. Make sure you keep your back straight, and ac­ti­vate your core, stay­ing in the po­si­tion.

TA­BLE PUSH-UP (10 reps)

STEP 1: Place your­self at a 45-de­gree an­gle on a sturdy ho­tel room ta­ble, us­ing your fore­arms to keep in po­si­tion while your torso re­mains straight. STEP 2: Lower your­self. STEP 3: Push up your body, push­ing against the ta­ble and keep­ing your chest taut.

SOFA SQUATS

(as many as pos­si­ble)

STEP 1: Get into a squat po­si­tion by the side of the ho­tel sofa (or bed, if you’ve got a sin­gle) and grab the bot­tom with both hands, mak­ing sure to sink your hips to knee level. STEP 2: Slowly stand up, rais­ing the side of the sofa to waist level. STEP 3: Lower your­self back to the squat po­si­tion.
