In collaboration with Art Partner, Phillips will present selling exhibition Mert & Marcus: Works 2011-2014, the first major solo show of photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. One of the pieces to be sold at the exhibition in London includes this provocative piece, which was taken for the 2006 Pirelli Calendar. The black-and-white image focuses on model Kate Moss’s mouth, in an exploration of feminine beauty and power. The exhibition, which will next travel to Paris, will feature 18 works — nine in black and white, and nine in colour — with each piece to go at a starting price of £16,000 framed.
