Formerly the head chef at Maze in Lon­don, Aussie Luke Armstrong ar­rives to take over from Ivan Brehm at the one-miche­lin-starred The Kitchen at Bac­cha­na­lia. Hav­ing spent time at Pied à Terre, The Led­bury and Oud Sluis, Armstrong serves con­tem­po­rary French cui­sine, with high­lights that in­clude grass-fed beef ten­der­loin, and choco­late pavé with mint ice cream, made in-house us­ing milk in­fused with crushed mint leaves.
