Chaumet launches its Crown Your Love customisation service so every couple can create the ring of their dreams, writes

Previously offered only to select clients by request, Chaumet has formally launched a Crown Your Love bespoke ring customisation service as a part of its offerings. Now, couples can craft the engagement ring of their dreams in three uncomplicated steps, in just three to four weeks.
There are nine ring styles to choose from: Four ( Aube Printanière, Eclat Floral, Aigrette, and Aigrette Impériale) from the regal Joséphine collection; Liens, Torsade; Plume; Frisson; and Bee My Love.
The Joséphine, with its extravagant silhouettes that harken to the bejewelled tiaras of princesses of yore, remains the most distinctive design while the Liens, with its intriguing bow-knot motif, is a stylish pick. The latter four, available under the bridal collection, offer more classic options for the elegant bride. This extensive selection of ring designs ensures that no two rings are exactly alike.
Once the silhouette has been decided, the next step is determining the preferred cut for the central diamond. Diamond cuts include the classic round cut, the shapely pear cut, the wellproportioned square, or the striking cushion cut.
The final and undoubtedly most important step is to choose the carat weight of the solitaire stunner. Each ring style can be accentuated with a diamond that weighs between 0.3ct and 1.20ct (in increments of 0.01ct), with the Frisson collection able to support a diamond up to 1.7ct. This gives couples the freedom to make their creation that much more unique when they choose a diamond weight that corresponds to an anniversary, cherished date, or numerals of personal significance.
Beyond the traditional 4Cs of diamond selection, Chaumet goes a step further with a fifth criterion: Harmony. The Gia-certified diamonds are rigorously inspected for perfectly balanced proportions, ensuring that each creation possesses indisputable sparkle and a life of its own. The maison also offers a selection of men’s and women’s wedding bands to match the design of the engagement ring, and ensure a seamless pairing.
