Ku­dos to your man if he’s al­ready get­ting his daily fill of fruits and veg­eta­bles, but tell him he can do even bet­ter by switch­ing to or­ganic crops. In a re­cent study by the Har­vard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in the US, re­searchers an­a­lysed se­men sam­ples from 155 men over five years. The re­sults? Those who ate pes­ti­cide-laden pro­duce had a 49 per cent lower sperm count

and a 32 per cent lower amount of nor­mally-formed swim­mers. Yikes! If he’s not ready to go or­ganic, start by top­ping his plate with pro­duce that tend to be lower in pes­ti­cide residue, like peas, beans,

grape­fruit and onions.
