Watch his diet
Kudos to your man if he’s already getting his daily fill of fruits and vegetables, but tell him he can do even better by switching to organic crops. In a recent study by the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in the US, researchers analysed semen samples from 155 men over five years. The results? Those who ate pesticide-laden produce had a 49 per cent lower sperm count
and a 32 per cent lower amount of normally-formed swimmers. Yikes! If he’s not ready to go organic, start by topping his plate with produce that tend to be lower in pesticide residue, like peas, beans,
grapefruit and onions.
