CHEERS TO AN AVOCADO COCKTAIL
In a blender, pulse 59ml tequila and 30ml each of triple sec, lime juice, and lemon juice. Add a few cilantro leaves and ½ a ripe avocado and blend. Pour into a saltrimmed glass.
