Char­coal Cu­cum­berMint Lemon­ade

Ac­ti­vated char­coal pow­der binds to tox­ins and moves them out of your sys­tem. It may also help bat­tle bloat.

In a 950ml ma­son jar, add the juice of 1 lemon, 1 small, thinly sliced cu­cum­ber, and 1 cup mint, chopped. Fill jar with wa­ter and store in re­frig­er­a­tor overnight. Strain, and stir in 1 tea­spoon cayenne and 1 ta­ble­spoon ac­ti­vated char­coal pow­der sup­ple­ment.
