4 CHICKEN WITH CELERY AND SALTED VEGETABLES
INGREDIENTS 2 chicken fillets, sliced lengthwise Salt 2 tbsp vegetable oil 100g celery, cut into 3cm pieces 1 tsp sugar 40g salted vegetables 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 tbsp salted black beans 2 tbsp oyster sauce DIRECTIONS 1 Marinate each chicken fillet with a pinch of salt for 1min. 2 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a hot pan. Fry the celery with a pinch of salt and 1 tsp sugar for 2min. Remove from pan and set aside. 3 Oil the pan with 1 tbsp oil. Stirfry the chicken for 5min. Add the celery and remaining ingredients and stir-fry to mix well.
