4 CHICKEN WITH CEL­ERY AND SALTED VEG­ETA­BLES

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS 2 chicken fil­lets, sliced length­wise Salt 2 tbsp veg­etable oil 100g cel­ery, cut into 3cm pieces 1 tsp sugar 40g salted veg­eta­bles 2 cloves gar­lic, chopped 1 tbsp salted black beans 2 tbsp oys­ter sauce DI­REC­TIONS 1 Mar­i­nate each chicken fil­let with a pinch of salt for 1min. 2 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a hot pan. Fry the cel­ery with a pinch of salt and 1 tsp sugar for 2min. Re­move from pan and set aside. 3 Oil the pan with 1 tbsp oil. Stir­fry the chicken for 5min. Add the cel­ery and re­main­ing in­gre­di­ents and stir-fry to mix well.
