INGREDIENTS For the marinade: 1 tbsp vegetable oil 5 shallots 3 cloves garlic 2 tbsp shrimp paste 1 tbsp chopped chilli padi 1 tsp salt
4 chicken legs, deboned DIRECTIONS 1 Blend all the ingredients for the marinade. Season the chicken with it and set aside for 1 hour. 2 Bake the chicken in an oven preheated to 185 deg C for 20min. All recipes serve 4. The chillies in the recipes are optional. You can omit them or reduce their quantities to your preferred level of spiciness.
