19 STIR-FRIED BEEF WITH HONEY-TEP­PA­NYAKI SAUCE

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS 1 tsp light soya sauce 1 tsp corn­flour

tsp sugar 250g sliced beef 50ml tep­pa­nyaki sauce 2 tbsp honey 10ml wa­ter 1 tbsp but­ter 80g fresh shi­itake mush­rooms, sliced DI­REC­TIONS 1 Mix the soya sauce, corn­flour and sugar to make the beef mari­nade. Sea­son the beef with it for 15min. 2 Mix to­gether the tep­pa­nyaki sauce, honey and wa­ter. Set aside. 3 Melt the but­ter in a hot pan. Sitr-fry the beef for 2min, then the mush­rooms for an­other 2min. 4 Add the tep­pa­nyaki mix­ture and stir well.
