19 STIR-FRIED BEEF WITH HONEY-TEPPANYAKI SAUCE
INGREDIENTS 1 tsp light soya sauce 1 tsp cornflour
tsp sugar 250g sliced beef 50ml teppanyaki sauce 2 tbsp honey 10ml water 1 tbsp butter 80g fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced DIRECTIONS 1 Mix the soya sauce, cornflour and sugar to make the beef marinade. Season the beef with it for 15min. 2 Mix together the teppanyaki sauce, honey and water. Set aside. 3 Melt the butter in a hot pan. Sitr-fry the beef for 2min, then the mushrooms for another 2min. 4 Add the teppanyaki mixture and stir well.
