23 MISO BAKED COD
INGREDIENTS 4 cod fillets (about 80g each) 200ml water 2 tbsp salt 4 cloves garlic, minced 40g white miso DIRECTIONS 1 Season the cod in the water, salt and garlic for 10min. Drain and pat dry. 2 Coat the cod evenly with the miso and bake in an oven preheated to 250 deg C for 7min.
