IN­GRE­DI­ENTS 4 cod fil­lets (about 80g each) 200ml wa­ter 2 tbsp salt 4 cloves gar­lic, minced 40g white miso DI­REC­TIONS 1 Sea­son the cod in the wa­ter, salt and gar­lic for 10min. Drain and pat dry. 2 Coat the cod evenly with the miso and bake in an oven pre­heated to 250 deg C for 7min.
