IN­GRE­DI­ENTS 300g broc­coli, cut into flo­rets 2 tsp veg­etable oil A pinch of salt 200g king oys­ter mush­rooms 200ml chicken stock 2 tsp oys­ter sauce 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp corn­flour

tsp Ja­panese seven-spice pow­der DI­REC­TIONS 1 Cook the broc­coli in boil­ing wa­ter with 1 tsp oil and salt. Drain and set aside on a plate. 2 Heat 1 tsp oil in a hot pan. Sear the mush­rooms for 1min. Re­move from heat and set aside. 3 Mix the chicken stock, oys­ter sauce and sugar in the pan and bring it to the boil. Re­turn the seared mush­rooms to the pan and bring it to the boil again. 4 Stir in the corn­flour then pour the mush­rooms and gravy over the broc­coli. Sprin­kle with the sev­en­spice pow­der.
