• Halve a ripe avocado. Remove the seed, scoop out the flesh and blend it with 800ml water and 1 tbsp honey, until smooth. Sieve the puree, then divide into 10
• Top each with a scoop of chocolate ice cream and sprinkle over some of the
soaked basil seeds.
