2 RASPBERRIES Rich in vitamins A and C, they reduce free-radical damage to eye tissues, as well as cataract risk.
3 WHEATGERM High in anitoxidant vitamin E, it protects the retina by keeping it moist.
4 FLAXSEED Contains omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids that help vitamin A and the phytochemicals lutein and zeaxanthin work well. It also lubricates the surrounding eye tissues to minimise dry eyes.
