Our pick is the Passion Fruit-Chilli ($7.50), a surprisingly smooth potion that leaves the tongue tingling – in a good way. ORDER THESE: The Chicken Liver Parfait & Red Onion Jam ($14.50) is an incredibly creamy spread enhanced by the subtly sweet jam.
The Crispy Skin Suckling Pig Marinated with “Aromates” ($37) is breathtaking – we were rendered quite speechless by its deliciousness. Shards of cracker-thin skin padded with melt-in-the-mouth fat cap tender meat that’s succulent without being greasy. The mash beneath, made with three types of potatoes, is oh-so silky. They do only about 18 servings during weekends, so make sure you order this dish in advance.
