Enjoy a Nap…

Simply Her (Singapore) - - Beauty News -

1 Catch some shut-eye in the middle of the day. According to studies, the best time to nap is between 1pm and 2.30pm – the same stretch when cravings for sweet snacks often kick in. You can snooze later, if you like, but be sure to wake up at least three hours before your normal bedtime so as not to disrupt your night-time routine, say experts. 2 Don’t nap beyond half an hour. More than that and you fall into deep sleep – you’ll wake up groggy and won’t be able to sleep later at night. Set the alarm. 3 Go dark. Nap in a darkened room or wear an eye mask to block out light. 4 Just relax, anyway. Even if you can’t sleep, close your eyes, breathe deeply and try to relax.
