Easy Oven Dishes
1 STUFFED PORTOBELLO: Wipe each mushroom (stalk removed) with a damp cloth, invert it, and fill the cap with cheese – try ricotta, grated mozzarella or cheddar. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle parmesan cheese over. Bake at 190 deg C for 20min. 2 TERIYAKI SALMON: Rub a salmon fillet with a pinch of sea salt. Place it on aluminium foil and fold up the sides (to prevent sauce from leaking out later). Rub the top and sides of the fish with teriyaki sauce, then wrap the foil over it. Bake at 175 deg C for 15-20min. Drizzle 1 tsp lemon juice and sprinkle 2 tsp sesame seeds over. 3 BAKED POTATO: Mix 250g potato cubes, 3 tbsp diced ham, 3 tbsp grated cheese, 100ml thickened cream and a pinch of salt and pepper into a greased ovenproof dish. Cover with aluminium foil and bake at 180 deg C for 40min. Top with 3 tbsp grated cheese and bake for another 10min.
