1 STUFFED POR­TO­BELLO: Wipe each mush­room (stalk re­moved) with a damp cloth, in­vert it, and fill the cap with cheese – try ri­cotta, grated moz­zarella or ched­dar. Driz­zle olive oil and sprin­kle parme­san cheese over. Bake at 190 deg C for 20min. 2 TERIYAKI SALMON: Rub a salmon fil­let with a pinch of sea salt. Place it on alu­minium foil and fold up the sides (to pre­vent sauce from leak­ing out later). Rub the top and sides of the fish with teriyaki sauce, then wrap the foil over it. Bake at 175 deg C for 15-20min. Driz­zle 1 tsp le­mon juice and sprin­kle 2 tsp se­same seeds over. 3 BAKED PO­TATO: Mix 250g po­tato cubes, 3 tbsp diced ham, 3 tbsp grated cheese, 100ml thick­ened cream and a pinch of salt and pep­per into a greased oven­proof dish. Cover with alu­minium foil and bake at 180 deg C for 40min. Top with 3 tbsp grated cheese and bake for another 10min.
