Plate this sim­ple and yummy party ap­pe­tiser of tuna tartare on corn chips in just 10 min­utes.

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

500g tuna sashimi 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tbsp se­same seeds 1 tbsp coarsely ground black pep­per A pinch of salt 2½ tsp Ay Chi­wawa! Ole Gua­camole Avocado Spread* 10 Tos­ti­tos Scoops*

DI­REC­TIONS

1 Finely dice the tuna and place it in a bowl. Add the olive oil, soy sauce, se­same seeds, black pep­per and salt to make a tuna tartare. Mix well.

2 Put about ¼ tsp of gua­camole in each of the Tos­ti­tos Scoops corn chips.

3 Scoop ½ tbsp tuna into each corn chip and serve im­me­di­ately.
