Plate this simple and yummy party appetiser of tuna tartare on corn chips in just 10 minutes.
500g tuna sashimi 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tbsp sesame seeds 1 tbsp coarsely ground black pepper A pinch of salt 2½ tsp Ay Chiwawa! Ole Guacamole Avocado Spread* 10 Tostitos Scoops*
1 Finely dice the tuna and place it in a bowl. Add the olive oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, black pepper and salt to make a tuna tartare. Mix well.
2 Put about ¼ tsp of guacamole in each of the Tostitos Scoops corn chips.
3 Scoop ½ tbsp tuna into each corn chip and serve immediately.
