mother passed away in Novem­ber 2012 and your kaya recipe (Novem­ber) brought back so many mem­o­ries of her mak­ing it when I was a child. It was hard for her to make kaya in the tra­di­tional way. No one wanted to do it be­cause it took time and the kaya could get burnt if it wasn’t stirred con­stantly. Thank you for mak­ing it look easy enough for me to try it.
