Memory of My Mother
mother passed away in November 2012 and your kaya recipe (November) brought back so many memories of her making it when I was a child. It was hard for her to make kaya in the traditional way. No one wanted to do it because it took time and the kaya could get burnt if it wasn’t stirred constantly. Thank you for making it look easy enough for me to try it.
