If you haven’t the time to ex­er­cise, try this high­in­ten­sity cir­cuit train­ing work­out pub­lished in 2013, in the Amer­i­can Col­lege of Sports Medicine’s Health & Fit­ness Jour­nal. All you need is a chair and a wall. Our tip: Aim for one cir­cuit, then add two to three more, to re­ally reap health ben­e­fits.

HOW IT WORKS: The work­out has 12 ex­er­cises. Do each one as fast as you can for 30 sec­onds, with 10 sec­onds’ rest and tran­si­tion, be­fore mov­ing on to the next.
