A pil­lowy flat bun topped with a med­ley of nuts and dried fruit – black and white se­same seeds, pine nuts, al­monds, sun­flower seeds, wal­nuts, ma­cadamia, al­monds and cran­ber­ries. Lo­tus Flower ($1.90). A pleas­antly herbal bun with an un­usual com­bi­na­tion of lo­tus seeds, liquorice root and red bean paste. Red Ruby ($1.90). The red yeast rice and toma­toes make this the pret­ti­est-look­ing bun in the bak­ery – there’s a good mix of savoury and sweet in the fluff y roll.
