#01-04/06 Pacic Plaza, tel: 6690-7566. We’re crazy about the texture of the beef burgers here; the signature dry-aged beef patty isn’t too finely ground so it gives optimum pleasure when you sink your teeth through the entire stack of fluffy brioche buns and chunky meat. Also interesting is the option to build your own burger with beef, chicken, salmon, lamb or pork, and an array of sauces, cheeses, and “accessories” like mushrooms and bacon. THE MUST-HAVE BURGER: • 3 Little Pigs ($23) – A tongue-tingling combo; the peppery kosho-mayo dressing adds punch to the robust pork fillet, bacon and chorizo patty. TRY THESE TOO: • The Rossini ($28) – Pan-fried foie gras and black truffle mayonnaise layered on a chunky beef patty. Trust the owner, three-Michelin-starred chef Bruno Menard, to offer only the finest ingredients. • Smoked Fries – Add $3 for a side of golden shoestring fries seasoned with smoked salt so they taste like barbecued potato chips, but better. • Lychee, Raspberry & Rose ($9) – Our favourite macaron flavours remade into a delicate, fruity-floral milkshake.
