STIR-FRIED PORK SHOUL­DER WITH MUSH­ROOMS

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

3 tbsp cook­ing oil 3 cloves gar­lic, minced 1 yel­low onion, sliced 1 tbsp minced gin­ger 200g fresh shi­itake mush­rooms 1 stalk leek, thinly sliced 800g pork shoul­der, cut into chunks 2 tbsp dark soya sauce 1 tbsp oys­ter sauce 1 tsp crushed black pep­per Salt, to taste 1 small cau­li­flower, cut into flo­rets and steamed

DI­REC­TIONS

1 Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat. Stir­fry the gar­lic, onions, gin­ger, mush­rooms and leeks for 5min. 2 Add the rest of the in­gre­di­ents ex­cept the cau­li­flower. Stir-fry for 5min un­til the pork is ten­der. Serve with cau­li­flower and rice.
