We’re hoping this joint will stick around for a long time because the grub is so tasty. The permanent menu is lean, with just six hotdogs to choose from. New limited-period variations join the line-up at Christmas and other festive occasions. Our faves:
Duck Can Fit ($10) stars Singapore’s only duck sausage with stewed peppers, crispy bacon bits and a garlic sauce.
Hawt Dog ($9) has our favourite sausage of the lot – a fiery, crackly-skinned pork sausage peppered with tomato salsa and onion relish.
The Frankenstein ($10) gives you the best of two worlds – half a beef sausage and half a pork sausage. Add streaky bacon, beanless chilli and caramelised onions, and this is one messy combo we just can’t turn down.
