PERFORMANCE The good: It took hardly any effort to scrape off omelette residue from the non-oiled wok, the fish was cooked to tender perfection, and the veggies didn’t wilt too quickly and remained crunchy. The not-so-good: The rice cooked in it was the least fragrant out of all the woks. VERDICT Expect little wok hei flavour from this hefty one that’s hard to handle.
