The high walls of the wok blocked most oil splatter and kept rice in easily when I tossed it. PERFORMANCE The omelette hardly stuck in the non-oiled wok, and any residue washed off easily. The rice had good flavour and carried the heat from the wok, the fish browned evenly, and though the vegetables “wilted” in the hot wok very quickly, they retained their colour and had a nice crunch. VERDICT A truly non-stick wok that’s easy to handle, but you need to manage the slipping and sliding.
