WHAT’S YOUR BODY MASS INDEX (BMI)?
Calculate your BMI by dividing your weight (in kilograms) by your height (in metres). Then divide the answer by your height again.
Your BMI is used to determine if you’re at a healthy weight for your height. This will tell you if you’re at a higher or lower risk of developing health problems like heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke or osteoporosis.
