A LITTLE STRESS CAN BE GOOD FOR YOU
Oddly enough, Jamie likes being stressed. She explains: “Mild stress helps me power through the day – like how stage performers appreciate having some nerves to give them the adrenalin to get through their performance.”
But too much stress isn’t good for health – you need to have a routine to help you unwind. In Jamie’s case, she enjoys hitting the gym for a quick run, or going out for a good meal and drinks.
