Puff y eyes are a sure sign that you didn’t rest well the night before. To reduce the puffiness, apply a cold compress over your eyes for at least 10 minutes – the cold constricts the blood vessels and stimulates the lymphatic system to tone down the swelling. You can use chilled cucumber slices or teabags, a bag of frozen peas, or an eye cream that comes with a cooling tip.
