Puff y eyes are a sure sign that you didn’t rest well the night be­fore. To re­duce the puffi­ness, ap­ply a cold com­press over your eyes for at least 10 min­utes – the cold con­stricts the blood ves­sels and stim­u­lates the lym­phatic sys­tem to tone down the swelling. You can use chilled cu­cum­ber slices or teabags, a bag of frozen peas, or an eye cream that comes with a cool­ing tip.
