Long and low pony­tails are a com­mon sight at the gym. Here’s how you can make yours look more glam­orous: Step 1: Set aside two three-inch sec­tions of hair from the front and tie the rest of your hair in a low pony­tail. Comb the two sec­tions flat and pull them tight into a thin pony­tail be­low the first one. Step 2: Wrap the thin pony­tail around the hair tie of the low pony­tail. Step 3: Se­cure the hair with bobby pins at the un­der­side of the pony­tail so that you don’t see any of the pins.
