Sin­ga­pore Busi­ness re­view un­veils win­ners of the Busi­ness Case Stud­ies awards 2018

Sin­ga­pore Busi­ness Re­view paid trib­ute to out­stand­ing busi­ness so­lu­tion providers at Busi­ness Case Stud­ies Awards 2018 held at the Sher­a­ton Tow­ers Sin­ga­pore on 21 June 2018. Now on its third year, Sin­ga­pore Busi­ness Re­view’s Busi­ness Case Stud­ies Awards lauded com­pa­nies that pi­o­neered unique and revo­lu­tion­ary so­lu­tions, and achieved greater ef­fi­ciency and solved var­i­ous prob­lems for their clients.

The win­ners were cho­sen based on Unique­ness & In­no­va­tion, Ef­fec­tive­ness & Im­pact, Dy­namism, and Client Feed­back.

Sin­ga­pore Busi­ness Re­view con­grat­u­lates the fol­low­ing win­ners:

En­able Busi­ness Pte Ltd’s hu­man re­source man­age­ment plat­form Quickhr has pro­vided clients with a cost-ef­fec­tive so­lu­tion for their hir­ing process. The com­pany gives clients flex­i­bil­ity and scal­a­bil­ity by help­ing HR de­part­ments fo­cus on less pa­per, more peo­ple.

Quickhr can au­to­mate a com­pany’s en­tire HR work­flow with a few mouse clicks via its ex­tremely user-friendly in­ter­face. Clients are also able to al­lo­cate funds to other needs in­stead of up­grad­ing stor­age in­fra­struc­ture ev­ery year be­cause Quickhr is cloud-based. This won Quickhr the Hu­man Re­source Con­sult­ing Case Study of the Year award.

Zen­desk won the Cus­tomer Sup­port So­lu­tion Case Study of the Year award for its cus­tomer ser­vice soft­ware so­lu­tions for Cir­cles.life. Zen­desk’s om­nichan­nel strat­egy aided Cir­cles.life to achieve its vi­sion of giv­ing power back to the cus­tomer by al­low­ing them to choose what chan­nel is most con­ve­nient and best fits their needs.

Zen­desk’s om­nichan­nel strat­egy in­cludes Zen­desk Sup­port, Guide, Chat, Mes­sage, and An­swer Bot. The firm does not train­sagents to spe­cialise in a par­tic­u­lar chan­nel. In­stead Zen­desk trains agents across var­i­ous chan­nels and prod­ucts.

Vin­cu­lum Group’s flag­ship prod­uct Vin ere­tail is a cloud­based or­der and ware­house man­age­ment soft­ware that al­lows brands and re­tail­ers to au­to­mat­i­cally list their prod­ucts on mar­ket­places in over 30 coun­tries.

Vin­cu­lum helped au­to­mate River­wood In­te­grated Lo­gis­tics So­lu­tions’ near-man­ual op­er­a­tions and ware­house pro­cesses. It im­ple­mented Vin ere­tail for or­der man­age­ment and ware­house man­age­ment and con­fig­ured River­wood’s sys­tems to al­low B2B and B2C ecom­merce or­der ful­fill­ment, pro­vid­ing the firm an ef­fi­cient way to scale do­mes­ti­cally and in­ter­na­tion­ally.
