Co-working spaces are more than just stylish places—they aim to create a community of like-minded individuals. Situated inside members club 1880, Bardo benefits from its ready-made network since its tenants must also be members. The 54-seat space sees a curated mix of individuals who “help each other draw plans and implement them”. The name itself means “intermediate slate” in Tibetan, which implies clarity of mind—which Bardo hopes to provide via its sumptuous design, and its on-demand supply of coffee and cold-pressed juices.
